If you want to collect your order from the lab, please select ‘Collect From Lab’ on the Checkout page when ordering.
We are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (Closed Bank Holidays)
You will receive an e-mail when the order is ready to collect.

If you want your order to be shipped please select ‘Ship Order’ on the Checkout page when ordering.
If your order is to be shipped direct to your customer, please select ‘White label ship direct to customer’ on the checkout page when ordering.
If you have several items to be shipped at the same time, we only charge one delivery charge for the largest or most expensive item.
Products must all be ordered at the same time and will be shipped when the longest service time product is ready.
ORDERS CANNOT BE SPLIT OR COMBINED FOR SHIPPING.
We can also ship any order direct to your client. The product/s will be shipped white label without any information being sent to your client.
Please provide details of the client’s name, address, and phone number on the order screen.
Prints requested to be posted flat or Mounted Pictures will be charged at Frame prices.
PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES WITHIN 48 HOURS.
We will require photographic evidence of product and packaging damage to process the claim, as this is requested by the courier.
