Terms and Conditions. –
1- Products must be returned within 30 days after you receiving the product.
2 – Products must be returned in original condition.
3 – Doesn’t include Prints, Enlargement, Folder, Giclee, Mounting / Finishing or Samples.
4 – Refund may take up to 5 working days to process and will be for the C41s invoiced product amount. (excluding shipping if used)
5 – Proof of your original customers order must be provided.
6 – Products must be from a customers order and not produced to see if customer likes the product. (Samples are used for this.)
7 – Online Guarantee form must be completed and authorized before returned and refunded.
