What is a 0333 Number?
The cost to call 0333 numbers is the same as calling a normal local or national landline. If your tariff or call package offers free or inclusive calls to landlines, numbers starting with 03 will be included in the exact same way.

Do Your Prices Include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted include VAT.
Do You Have A Minimum Order Value?
Yes, our minimum order value is £1.20.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Print orders are normally next working day, Wall products are between 5-10 working days. Albums and Photobooks are 10 Working days.
These are estimated production times.
Do You Offer an Express Service?
We offer an express service which reduces the service time by half. A charge of 30% extra on orders over £20.00 or a £6.00 charge on orders up to £19.99 will apply. (This service is only available on request).
Do You Offer Discount For Display Samples?
We offer a 30% discount off all products used for display. (not Including Prints)
Display wall products will have 'SAMPLE' on the front in small very low opacity text. Albums and Photo books need to have 'SAMPLE' or 'DISPLAY' on the last page. You can put this in very dark or light so it doesn't distract from your pictures.
How Do I Know if You Have Received My Order?
You will receive an e-mail saying we have your order.
How Will I Know When My Order is Ready?
You will receive an e-mail saying your order is ready. If you selected 'Send Order' you will be e-mailed an E.Invoice.
Can I Change My Order After it's Placed?
Unfortunately Not.
What File Types Do You Accept?
JPEG - 8 bit - Saved Baseline (Standard). *Fast upload speeds
PSD- * CAN NOT BE ORDERED ONLINE.
TIFF- 8bit. - No image compression.
IBM PC - * Very slow upload speeds.
How Many Pixels Do I Need?
We print at 300dpi for best quality although we can print lower for some services.
We will tell you when you order if the file size is too small.
How Much Sharpening Do I Apply?
C41s doesn't apply any sharpening. Files must be pre-sharpened in your image editing software before submission for printing. (we have a free setup print and file to check your images to our output)
Can I use the picture of products from C41s Web site?
You can't use the pictures from C41s web site for your promotional material or Web Site. The copyright of the pictures is the photographers and C41s. If you need pictures please order samples.
